– UPS Ground Shipping and Handling: $8.95 (all orders under $99).
– UPS Third Day Air and Handling: $18.50 (all orders).
– FREE UPS Ground Shipping: All orders $99 and more.
– A UPS Tracking Number will be provided the day after your order is processed with UPS.
– P.O. BOX delivery address will ship United States Postal Service. Package tracking information is not provided.
*Alaska and Hawaii:
– All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will ship United States Postal Service.
– An additional surcharge of $10.00 will be applied to our standard shipping and handling fee of $8.95.
– FREE shipping option for orders $99 and over is not available to Alaska and Hawaii.
– UPS Third Day Air option is NOT available.
– At this time we do not offer international shipping.
All orders ship “SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED” as most of our customers are not available during standard delivery hours to personally receive their package. It will be the customer’s responsibility to notify their carrier, neighbors, doormen, building managers, etc. of the pending delivery if there is any concern over leaving the package at a residence or place of work. As we utilize third party delivery service (FedEx), please note that it is up to the delivery driver to determine and ensure the safe arrival of your package. All Fashionscrubs.com is not responsible for the package once it leaves the warehouse, although we will assist in problem resolution with the shipper involved. If you have provided a wrong shipping address and request forwarding assistance, you will be charged for all forwarding charges as incurred. If you refuse the shipment or have moved without providing the proper address, you will be refunded less any shipping charges incurred.
Exchange & Return Policy
– We accept returns up to 45 days from the day the item(s) is shipped.
– Returned items must have a completed Return/Exchange Form (see link below).
– A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returned items. There is no restocking fee for exchanged items.
– Defective items must be returned within 15 days of receiving the product.
– All other conditions apply from our Return Policy.
